Dallas Buyers Club Rayon is a typical example of stereotypes in film. Transgender characters are often portrayed as prostitures, drug addicts and generally pathetic people. It is rare for a film to present someone of transgender as plain, and everyday however a good example where this is the case is Transamerica.
