Eyebrow bar through eyebrow piece

Consider different eyebrow shapes - I plan to cover my models eyebrows with brow covers as her actual brows are so distinctive

Facial tattoos (cross tattoo by the eye) often have negative connotations - stereotypes

Tattoo'd eyebrows - look at various shapes. Tattoo on head (tribal?). Consider more of a stubbly head rather than a shaved head.

Braiding hair on one side? Would need to be incredibly neat and tight - hair skills are not a strength of mine however it is an interesting design to consider.

Tattoo underneath flocking? Would need to make sure that flock was not too heavy as may cover it up too much.

This is my initial design, I found it helpful drawing my models face as it helped me to become familiar with her features. I plan to create eyebrow covers, knotted eyebrows and a flocked bald cap.

FINAL DESIGNS

Bald Cap

8 layers of Glatzan intrisincally coloured with red flock and Medium beige foundation

Applied using Telesis 7 adhesive

Painted using Skin Illustrator Dark Palette in this order:
Bamboo 1
Bamboo 2 mixed with Chocolate
Golden Ochre
Golden Ochre mixed with Chocolate
Olive Adjuster (Kristyan Mallet Skin illustrator)

Colour applied all around the edge of the bald cap.

Prosaide applied on top of bald cap - applied in shape of hairline where flock will be applied. Important that the application of prosaide is considered carefully.

Powder applied over all areas where adesive has been used underneath to avoid flock sticking to it.

Use flocking machine with 6mm black flock and use airbrush on low pressure to make the flock sit directionally.

Brows

Brows blocked using Telesis 7 and then powdered with transleucent powder.
Red Kryolan concealer used over brow and powdered.

Silicone eyebow covers
20 g total of A+B silicone with 5g of softener precoloured using red flock and Medium beige foundation

Applied with Telesis 7 and cap plastic blended using IPA

Painted using Skin illustrator Dark pallete in same order as bald cap

Sealed using Ben Nye Final Seal

Knotted brows applied using K.D matte spirit gum

Tattoos

All tattoos applied freehand using the K.D Tattoo pen in either Black or 50% Aged

Sparrows on Neck - Black
Rose on Chest - 50% Aged
Family on arm - Black
Love on knuckles - 50% Aged
Hate on knuckles - 50% Aged
Mum on wrist - Black
Tribal pattern on hand - Black

TATTOO DESIGNS

I want my tattoos to be popular and stereotypical of the lower class.

I want my character to be very family orientated and therefore she will have tattoos reflecting this. I imagine that my character has had a troubled relationship with her Dad, yet is very close with her Mother - as suggested with her 'Mum' tattoo. The backstory for the tattoos on her hands is that she was in prison, and these were tattoos that were done in prison. Similarly, the swallows on her neck reflect her freedom from prison.

Her tribal hand tattoo is inspired by Cheryl Cole's hand tattoo which could be viewed as tacky.
