Both of the above images are advertising a product however they hae v ery different target audiences. The Loreal advert is trying to sell cosmetics which is affordable to a wide range of people. Therefore there is a focus on the face and the make up - it is not particularly creative and the purpose is to sell the products.
The Swarovski advert is trying to sell a luxury product and therefore the advertising is more creative and exclusive. It is edgy and beautiful - it catches the eye and interests the audience.
